Klara in Hanau

The food has deteriorated veeeeehr, in addition, the staff has no plan of anything. I went to the market on Saturday morning and went to Klara to get bread. I was sent from one employee to the other, the four employees were then able to help me. Then I asked if I could get bread tonight, if it wasn't enough, I was assured that I would get bread. Around 5:30 p.m. I went back to get some bread, another employee told me “No, we are not allowed to give out any more bread on Saturday evenings”, all well and good, I asked extra in the morning to avoid 25km have to drive for free, but the lady didn't care! Very, very unfriendly, a bread more or less would actually not be an issue! I won't go to Klara anytime soon, and it used to be my favorite restaurant.

High quality dishes, great ambience and friendly staff - what more could you want. Not necessarily cheap, but the overall package is well worth the price. Always happy!

The food is really delicious and beautifully presented. The service is super competent, you should reserve in advance and will be brought to your seat immediately. Card payment is possible and there is a parking garage right next door, so no long searches are necessary.

Unfortunately, the taste of the food has clearly decreased. It is good that regional products are used here, according to the menu. Service was nice but unfortunately we had to draw our attention too often when we wanted to order something; nobody came of their own accord.

Simply great! I can only recommend it The staff is very nice and accommodating, The food is warm and always fresh. The cocktails are delicious. Come together as a group once a month and then go to Klara :)

Nice shop, quite centrally located in Hanau. The food is tasty across the board and you can tell that good products are used here. The homemade bread is awesome! We like to go here.

Last summer the food was great. Unfortunately, schnitzel plate was far below my expectations and way too expensive. Price and performance were not in line. Here the cook should take a schnitzel course. Service was very attentive.

Toilet was very borderline. The ground had water stains or something else. Brush had seen better days. The lid had to be cleaned by me first. Food was satisfactory and too expensive to prepare!

Simply a feast for the senses. Simple dishes, lovingly and ingeniously prepared. Very happy to go there.

Very tasty food offer with high quality products from the region. The fresh bread is awesome! The prices are relatively high, but appropriate for the quality. We'd love to come back, whether it's for brunch or dinner, it's always delicious with you :)

Very tasty food and good drinks

The food is unusual and delicious! Unfortunately the service was quite slow and we were forgotten several times. So the food came much earlier than the drinks. It is also quite loud, but the furnishings are great.

We spent a lovely morning with a delicious breakfast (we especially loved the homemade bread). The staff was very nice and tried hard. :) The breakfast itself did not overwhelm us, but there was nothing to complain about.

We were there again. Ordered drinks, starter and main course at the same time with my wife. The tomato soup came quickly, even before the drinks. Very hot, super tasty, so perfect. Then the drinks were there too, everything was good. But then, the plates weren't put away and after 20 minutes we just pushed them aside. It took about 40 minutes until we were served the main course. My wife's hand was delicious but only warm and my lamb was only lukewarm. I don't need to say when you bite into the last cold piece and although the meat was on point, it just doesn't taste good anymore. After dinner our soup plates were still on the table. My conclusion: next time we'll try our luck somewhere else.

Klara is a nice place and the food looks really delicious. In terms of taste, it is also good, but unfortunately not so special that I would definitely want to order it again, so four and not five stars. I can still recommend this restaurant to everyone, as it has a great atmosphere and the staff is friendly.

Terrible...

Usually I was happy to come, but under the current circumstances a lot has changed, beginning with the lack of service personnel, I had to wait half an hour for my water. I got there with a little hunger and sat until my stomach literally screamed, it was no fun. On the other hand, the hygiene standard can hardly be met, the staff is constantly on the go, with 2 or 3 waiters you just can't throw such a shop ...

Nice staff, food was OK but pricey. Very good view.

When you come to the store during the day on Wednesdays and Saturdays, you can see the people on the farmer's market by the window; the dining environment and dining atmosphere of this store are also quite good! I came to the store for breakfast and ordered coffee. Later I saw the English menu saying: Hanau breakfast couldn’t help but order a...well...coming a combination of various intestines^^~ Coffee is good! The toilet is on the 2nd floor.

Very tasty food and good drinks with fresh ingredients. The negative is the very slow and chaotic service. Also the prices are a bit high for the value you get.

Food isn't very good but people go there as it's the "IN" place at the moment.

After a couple of visits here I can say that this establishment has a great position on the edge of the square and handy for the underground car park. The food and beer options are good and the meals come in generous portions and are very tasty. I've never tried a desert because I have been fully satisfied by my main course.
